"We have been going to Lakeside for over 10 years. My cat had a urinary condition which continually incurred high veterinarian emergency bills and required prescription food. What I appreciate most about Dr. Brooks and the staff is that they work with you to create a reasonable care plan at the lowest cost options. We were used to emergency visits with high medical bills, but once we started using Lakeside, we were able to manage his condition and went many years without any additional visits! When we had to eventually put our boy down at 15 years old, it was an extremely comfortable environment where we felt respected and comfortable and they made every effort to get us in for any visits we needed during times that were convenient for us. I even brought my two daughters with me as they wanted to be with him, and they handled everything so gracefully. We now have two guinea pigs and will indefinitely continue our care at lake side!"

Medication seems a bit more expensive than it could be, but what can you do about that. "I've been taking my babies to Dr.Brooks since 2021. The clinic is clean and homey, and the staff are incredibly kind and understanding. Dr.Brooks has treated my dogs and cat for routine treatments and upkeep as well as emergency situations. In every visit we've had he has been very thorough. He clearly communicates every step, And truly has your animals best interests at heart. He doesn't seem to be interested in upcharging you, or giving your animals any unnecessary treatments just to pad your bill. Ive recommend several people to them, and my entire family takes all their animals to him ( that's a totally of 3 cats and 8 dogs over the years). When it comes to that time when you have to say goodbye to your babies, the staff at Lakeside animal hospital creates a safe and peaceful place to do so.
